1. Why did you start blogging?

I started blogging after a ton of encouragement from my friends who insisted that I should share my passion for cooking with others.

2. What’s your favourite thing to do on a Sunday?

On Sundays, I cook the traditional Caribbean Sunday lunch and then I bake for the rest of the evening, usually bread, pastries and cookies.

3. Do you prefer sea, mountains or countryside?

Without a doubt I prefer the sea, I’ve been surrounded by beautiful beaches my whole life 🙂

4. What’s your favourite foreign dish?

My favorite food is Italian and my best friend makes the best meatballs ever! Pompolino or something, not sure on the spelling!

5. What has been the happiest day of your life, so far?

The days on which my children were born have been the happiest days of my life ❤

6. If you won the lottery, what would you do?

Pay off my families school loans and then travel the world!

7. What’s the place you want to visit most?

I would love to visit Africa

8. What’s your favourite ingredient to use in the kitchen?

I love using lemon zest and fresh basil

9. What would you like to be in another life?

Definitely a unicorn

10. What’s your favourite dessert?

    1. I start blogging to find some opportunities and also for my own pleasure in sharing everything I like.

    2. Sunday is very precious to me and I will prefer to do something that I like, blogging, videos, going outside, reading online news, playing with turtle, probably games and youtube.

    3. I used to like mountains but I like sea now. Actually it’s a hard question since I am a nature lover but if I should put them in a rank :
    1st sea
    2nd countryside
    3rd mountain

    4. My favorite foreign dish is obviously sushi. I post a lot of Japanese food too on my blog.

    5. The happiest day in my life? hmmm probably the day when I was doing something and successful. The day when I was a BlackBerry theme developer.

    6. If I won the lottery I would invest the money on something that will double or triple the money and spend the money I won on helping others who need them more than I do 🙂
    I would prefer to enjoy the money I earn from my work.

    9. Multi-millionaire to help them who are in needs and also I would like to do what I want and not in the office, office, and office everyday. #wastingtime

    10. Nothing in particular as long as they are refreshing, fruits, ice cream, etc.
